If for any reason you choose to cancel within 6 days prior to the booking date, then you will not be eligible for any refund.

If for any reason you choose to cancel 14-7 days prior to your booking date, then you will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the full booking price minus the non-refundable deposit.

If for any reason you choose to cancel at anytime up to 15 days prior to your booking date, then you will be eligible to a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

If you request to postpone the booking date, it is at our discretion as this will depend on the availability and other bookings. If we can find another date to suit we will do our best to accommodate you.

Each party pack offers various choices for delivery or click and collect.

For the 'DIY-Click & Collect' option, customers are required to collect the party pack from our designated collection point and personally set up the party theme. Comprehensive setup and pack-down instructions, along with the specified return drop-off time, will be provided.

Opting for the 'Premium' package entails customers booking and ensuring the party location is accessible for Little Miss Party Planner to deliver and set up the party theme. It's important to note that customers are responsible for packing down the provided products, following the instructions provided, and returning them.

Choosing the 'Deluxe' option involves customers booking and making the party location accessible for Little Miss Party Planner to deliver, set up the party theme, and arrange a designated time and access for the pack down. It's important to clarify that this option does not include any cleaning or services beyond our provided products.

For bookings that necessitate our assistance with setup, an extra travel fee may apply.

Our standard packages cover travel to destinations within 15 kilometers of our offices at 29 Runanga Street, Taupo.

For locations beyond this radius, a charge will be incurred based on a per-kilometer rate for each leg of the journey. Our travel rate is $1.45 per kilometer beyond the initial 15 kilometers.

To secure reservations for our glamping and movie packages, a $100 bond is mandatory on the day of setup. The bond can be provided in either cash or through an online deposit. This amount will be refunded upon completion of the event, following a thorough inspection of our equipment.
